Home Gym Power Solutions operating hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm (EST). 

Customer Care is available for extended hours via online chat and email.

We are also available via telephone Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm (EST), excluding holidays and vacation periods. During the months of July & August our support hours begin at 9am (EST)

All orders placed on, or during, a holiday or vacation period will be processed/shipped the next operating business day.

Limited customer service is available during all holiday and vacation periods via messenger and email. During vacation periods we periodically check our support portal and respond to support related messages within 24-48 hours.
